The Athwin Foundation
Named after Atherton and Winifred Bean, The Athwin Foundation is a non-profit, family foundation committed to supporting non-profit corporations with grants and resources.
The Foundation operates on an “invitation only” basis and provides funding complementary to the interests of the Trustees in the areas of:

COD, the Center for Organizational Developmen, offers services in the areas of philanthropic consultation and organization capacity building. Philanthropically, COD has worked with some of the richest individuals in America as well as corporate and family foundations of all sizes. In the area of organization capacity building, COD has worked with clients ranging from small startup nonprofit organizations to multi-million dollar international organizations.
COD is headed by team of highly experienced consultants focused on mentoring organizations in and around the Minneapolis-St Paul Twin Cities area.
